After a fresh snow fall, CH Property Service can clear your property to restore access and usability. We blow snow right off a roadway, cleaning down to the asphalt or concrete. We can also scoop the snow into a dump truck for complete removal from a parking area or roadway. Afraid for your roof? We offer full service rooftop snow removal, as well.

Snow Blowing

We use only Honda snow blowers which are fast, reliable, and capable of blowing 55 to 71 tons of snow per hour. We have a total of four tracked machines and two wheel machines.

Snow blowers can be the perfect machine for driveways and walks.

Snow Plowing

CH Property Service uses both a standard straight blade and a V-blade for snow plowing. This allows them to be versatile in storms and used in a variety of locations. The straight blade is perfect for small driveways, roads, and parking areas. The V-blade, however, enables the plow driver to control two sections of this plow blade to be positioned in a standard "V" configuration. This allows the snow to be pushed to each side in a concave or scoop arrangement or in a straight line that can be angled to either side of the vehicle.

Skid Steer

We use a 268 B Caterpillar Skid Steer with Eriskin attachments, including snow bucket and/or snow blowers.

Skid Steers are very versatile machines that can be used at almost any property for clearing and removing snow.

Hand Shoveling, Roof Shoveling and Roof Raking

CH Property Service offers a variety of hand shoveling services ranging from shoveling walkways to hand clearing roof tops. We use only plastic shovels when shoveling on metal and asphalt rooftops to minimize damage.

CHP can remove icicles hanging off the edge of your roof. Since ice can weigh hundreds of pounds, a large icicle can easily kill anyone unfortunate enough to be stuck when it breaks loose and falls to the ground.

We also offer roof raking, which is the ability to pull off snow from a roof top with a blade that is attached to a long pole.  This works great on a garage or single floor or split level style home.
