Aeration

Aerating your soil helps keep your lawn greener with the benefits of using less water & fertilizer.

Core Aeration process of opening up the soil of your lawn to allow for better penetration of moisture, oxygen, and nutrients. Other benefits of Lawn Aeration are the reduction of thatch & soil compaction. This leads to enhancing the lawns root system & allowing for better infiltration of fertilizer.

Trimming 

Not only is it hard work, but trimming and shaping your landscape requires a special touch - a professional job makes all the difference!

CH Property Service can trim:

Spring/Fall Clean-up

Spring Services

CH Property Service Spring clean up is performed in March or early April. Our Services include raking out landscape beds, replacing mulch; cutting or replacing damaged planting materials from the winter snowfall. Removing trash & debris, sweeping parking areas. Cleaning out leaves and debris with our Stihl backpack & hand held blowers from around buildings, under decks, landscape beds, driveways and sidewalks. Aerating lawn & de-Thatching lawns.

Fall Services

CH Property Service Fall clean up is performed in October or early November. Consist of cleaning out Landscape beds, cutting back planting materials, sweeping parking areas, removing leaves & debris. Fall services also include roof & gutter cleaning & heat tape inspection.
