Fire Mitigation: "If you can't take the heat..."

CH Property Service believes in preservation & protection of your property. Whether you are a homeowner with a property backing up to National Forest Land or you have a Ranch/Country property.

It is important to look at your property and divide it into three zones.

Zone 1 is the 15-foot wide perimeter surrounding your structure. This area should contain no flammable material. Zone 2 is extends from the greenbelt area and can extend up to 200 ft away from your structures. This area should be cleared of dead, dying & diseased trees & shrubbery. Zone 3 extends to your property boundaries. Homeowners should periodically reduce the amount of flammable vegetation in these areas. So when starting a fire mitigation project is important to start at your house and move out into the other 2 zones.

CH Property Service can help you develop a personalize wildfire defense plan.
